China Ecotek Corporation enlisted the assistance of Monmouth Technologies to implement the ezteamwork project management and team collaboration platform, aiming to establish an internal Engineering Lifecycle Management System (ELM system). Through the ELM system, a comprehensive management platform for collaborative communication in engineering projects is established.

Using project templates or MPP files, projects can be quickly registered, allowing for the rapid replication of project structures and processes.

Generate various types of schedule performance analysis charts and provide progress deadline notifications.

Centralize the management of a large number of diagrams and related documents to ensure the completeness and accuracy of information.

Integrate tasks, documents, diagrams, and contracts to ensure the execution of work progress.

Establish a mechanism for managing incoming and outgoing documents to track and control the history of document transmission.

Quickly generate construction logs and various project reports to significantly streamline operational time.

Establish a project knowledge base to centrally manage engineering project templates and historical documents.
