At the inception of He Jun Energy Co., Ltd., the company actively sought to evaluate suitable digital management tools to implement solar energy project management processes and systems. Simultaneously, they aimed to establish a standardized solar energy project management model through system implementation to enhance efficiency and competitiveness in project management.

During the implementation of ezteamwork, we streamlined a standardized project operation process and established it as project templates through the system. In the future, when initiating new projects, we can quickly create them using these templates, thereby continuing the standardized management approach and experience.

► Online updating and querying of on-site construction schedule

The project manager can individually manage and update the progress status and review documents of different sites through the system, allowing supervisors to instantly grasp and query the latest progress of the cases through the system.

► Generate documents to reconcile project task progress.

The system can associate project tasks with corresponding project document folders, where it can also pre-create project scheduled delivery inspection documents and reconcile task progress. In this way, during project execution, all documents can be prepared according to the scheduled delivery list, thus avoiding the omission of necessary documents.

► Establishing an online engineering billing review process.

Through the system, managing the billing process of each project, different department members can uniformly conduct online review and approval operations for supporting documents and billing, establishing a cross-departmental collaboration and communication system.

► Through permission settings, control access and browsing rights for different projects.

The system can set browsing and work permissions based on different project configurations, allowing contracted vendors to log in to the system and report on the progress of their contracted construction projects independently. This effectively enhances control efficiency.
