Through ezteamwork, work order assignees can be designated online, and the system will automatically send email notifications to relevant members, saving time on notifications and significantly enhancing the immediacy and convenience of information dissemination.

► Centralized Recording of Case Status and Warranty Records

The system can record the installation progress of customer projects, as well as information such as warranty expiration dates and service records after installation. This is beneficial for quickly checking the progress of cases and the status of after-sales service.

► Field workers can report work progress in real-time through the app.

The engineering unit can report the progress of work orders on-site using a mobile app. They can also upload photos of the work in progress and customer sign-off documents, providing real-time progress reporting and convenience.

► Rapidly summarize project labor hours.

When reporting the progress of project work orders, you can simultaneously record the number of work hours spent. Then, the system can generate statistical reports to help managers quickly analyze the total work hours for each project, thereby providing a rough estimate of labor costs.
